Caprese Quinoa Salad from How Sweet it Is

YUM!  There isn’t much to say except, thank you, Jessica from How Sweet it Is for this recipe!  It was easy, delicious, healthy and I could keep going but I think you get the point!

I did not make my own basil oil but used the Tuscan Herb Olive Oil from Oliveto.  Mmmmmmm.  I will be making this again for sure!
